I really enjoyed my stay here in Ouray. The hot spring pool was definitely one of my favorite parts—it was so relaxing after a long day of exploring and hiking. The staff were also very nice, kind, and welcoming, which made the stay even more pleasant. The room didn’t have a refrigerator, which would have been nice to have, but overall I was still very satisfied with my stay. I would definitely consider staying here again when I visit Ouray!

Overall, we had a good stay! The room was clean and comfortable, although there were a few areas that could have used a little more attention. Nothing major or enough to negatively impact our stay. The staff was friendly, parking was convenient, and everything went smoothly. We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again!

Rooms were nice as were the beds & toiletries esp. Shampoo & Body wash. Rooms seemed to be clean & well maintained. The staff seemed preoccupied with other things and were helpful when requested. It appeared they were more interested in their bar service than attending to their hotel guests as this was the check in and entire operations center. And don't ask for decaf coffee, they have none.
