Loved staying here! Beautiful property and right next to all the downtown fun! Will be going back!

I was very disappointed with our stay. We were traveling with our family for a weekend vacation, and our experience got off to a bad start. Check-in was supposed to be at 4:00 PM, but our room wasn’t ready until 5:30 PM. Waiting an extra hour and a half after the promised check-in time was frustrating and caused us to lose valuable vacation time. To make matters worse, we were charged an additional $40 per night for parking and access to the hotel’s amenities. Paying these extra fees after such a long delay felt unreasonable, especially since we didn’t receive the level of service we expected. For the price we paid, I expected much better organization and customer service. I hope the hotel improves its check-in process and is more considerate of guests’ time. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I would not choose to stay here again.

The staff was helpful and friendly. The building was clean. Bottled water was available which was helpful as it was very hot. The pool was well maintained and was stocked with towels, water and sunscreen. The gym was clean and offered cold towels, water and snacks. There were just 2 minor issues, and that was the ice maker on our floor was not working the 5 days that I was there, and the creamer in my room for coffee was spoiled the first morning. Again, these were minor issues as I appreciate having liquid creamer and not powder.

Excellent staff, nice pool, comfy room. Valet parking ridiculously expensive and the only downside to this otherwise outstanding hotel!
