I landed in Baton Rouge with my son almost at midnight and they called me to tell me that they canceled my confirmed booking and that the totally sold out of rooms. I made my reaervation on Tuesday!! I asked for a referral to another hotel abd thwy said thet counlldnt help me Terrible customer service.

Great Staff - Challenging Hotel Condition

The staff here are pretty awesome, and go above an beyond.. The hotel is challenging (I had to change rooms 3 times because of malfunctioning toilets and AC units.. And this is where the great front staff made nothing a problem.. The hotel is in transition of being renovated I believe, there are a lot of issues they need to sort out and help make the great staff's job a little less stressful :)

LSU weekend

In town to watch baseball, hotel room was nice. Front desk ladies acted like they didn’t want to be there. Service was lacking. Bar was small and never open. Breakfast was mid. Frozen food heated up in microwave. I like to stay at Hyatt place and this location is definitely under par.

For someone who has worked in hospitality (including front desk) the customer service was definitely lacking. They made it seem as if I was more of an inconvenience than a customer. I ended up cutting my stay an entire day because of it.
