I made my booking last year in December 2024. I requested a room on the first floor. My reservation was from April 26 thru 28. 2025. I arrived at 8:00am on April 26, 2025 to the Best Western hotel. The reception told me they were fully booked. I ask the staff will I be able to get a first floor room. The staff said no. So ask him if you fully booked now why I can’t get a room on the first floor. The elevator not working it being out for about 1 to 2 weeks. I’m fully disabled he gave me a room on the third floor make this make sense. Never ask to assist to help or anything very rude young person at the front desk. The Worst experience EVER !!! Never ask to with ur luggage either. Still had to pay full price !! This not the customer fault but the BW hotel’s fault!! DO BETTER BE BETTER Too!!! Tyrone S. Thanks

The breakfast was good but the bed sheets could have been cleaner. They had black specs on sheets no matter how much I wiped them off. Could have had a better review if it wasn’t for that.
The elevator had been out of service for 2 weeks, we had to climb with luggage up stairs, and I'm handicapped. The house keeping staff was excellent and very friendly. I felt bad for them that they made the staff have to climb stair with heavy cleaning items and blankets and towels.
I didn't like this at all..the room was clean but the bathroom has rusty stuff running down under the soap holder and the elevator was down,and I had knee surgery 3 months ago and wasn't aware of this issue until after I had checked in and was going to my room.
Apart from the elevator going out on the first day of our stay, and the morning breakfast staff basically begging for tips (while serving almost inedible eggs, sausage, and potatoes), it was a nice stay. The pool isn’t up and running, which is to be expected, but the area offers enough to see and explore that you don’t really need the pool.
Well elevator is broke! So a few trips upstairs with heavy luggage! Not happy that the beds are lumpy and very uncomfortable! Burning feeling on my tired back! Smelly hallways! Room smells ok and ac works! Tv outdated! Blurry!
We didn’t like being in a cold room. Shared my experience with the worker up front and he said that he couldn’t give us credit being I went through a third party. We were cold with no heater but they did provide blankets which helped. Heat would’ve been nice
