There is no check-in counter, so you need to coordinate with the host beforehand. Otherwise, they will tell you to wait until they are ready, which might require you to go to the KFS and wait for 2 hours there. The breakfast was nice, as relates to the food itself. However, there are 2 major drawbacks: the restaurant only opens at 9 am, which makes it impossible if you have any plans for the morning, like a tour or a business meeting. Also, the restaurant is full of smokers and there is only a very small and smoky "non-smoking" section.

We had an amazing birthday stay at Beach House Belgrade! The property is beautifully maintained, spotlessly clean, and offers a relaxing atmosphere that makes you feel at home from the moment you arrive. The location is fantastic, with stunning views and a peaceful setting that's perfect for unwinding. The hosts were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and attentive, ensuring that everything was perfect throughout our stay. The accommodations were comfortable, well-equipped, and thoughtfully designed with great attention to detail. Whether you're visiting for a short getaway or a longer stay, Beach House Belgrade is a wonderful choice. We couldn't have asked for a better experience and would happily return. Highly recommended!

Very nice and helpful reception staff. The lady who checked us in was extremely nice and helpful, although unfortunately I didn’t get her name. The room was small and had a few maintenance issues, but it was clean. The building itself is in a terrible condition due to the renovation work next door. However, if you avoid using the stairs and simply take the elevator directly to the 5th floor, where the hotel is located, you should be fine.

Very clean, friendly staff, convenient location

I own a cleaning company, other than a few very minor details, the room was perfect. The staff had 0 language barriers, were exceptionally helpful, and very kind. I'd highly recommend staying here. The location was never more than a 20 minute walk from anything I wanted to do.

It is located in the heart of Belgrade and close to main attractions. Clean room with all necessary amenities. Had a great one night stay. Thank you!
