Bad stay at Arlan

Terrible stay. Nobody on site and the phone number rang for 15 minutes before anyone answered. The watsapp service was even slower. Poor service and very unhelpful. I wasn’t able to check in until 1.5 hours after check in time. Room was not clean, there were holes and marks on the walls where things had been moved around and repaired poorly. The shower and taps dripped instead of running.
