The room was as clean and well-equipped as we have come to expect from Holiday Inn Express. The staff was efficient and friendly, particularly the lady who looked after the breakfast lounge. Negatives: The TV channels needed a built-in guide with better selection. And while the bsthroom was spacious and super-clean, the design of the sliding door allowed a big gap.

We had such a wonderful one night at this hotel. The check-in was so nice, the girl was so wonderful to check us in. She made it so pleasant for us after spending almost 12 hours out in the sun for an event in Collingwood. I felt very taken care of. The beds were absolutely so comfortable. The rules were so clean and it felt really really nice to be in this hotel. The breakfast was incredible. We had to take it out because we were getting late for an event and Daniella who worked in the café gave us takeout boxes. Encourage us to come back and told us to visit the spa close by when we were ready to come back to Collingwood. All in all I had a five star experience. We will definitely be coming back and honestly these hotels are even better than the ones that we pay so much more money for. Thank you so much for making the experience so wonderful. We had the best sleep of our life And we will be definitely coming back again.

It was awesome! Great staff, super friendly. And I know it’s not their fault, but the hot tub just wasn’t working for the weekend we stayed… other than that though fantastic! Will definitely be staying again, hot tub or not! :)

Staff were wonderful especially the breakfast staff who went above and beyond each morning to deliver a great breakfast, they were quick to replace food as it ran out and where such a delight to speak with. Even when the hotel appeared full, they brought in tables and chairs to extend the breakfast room into the lobby. Rooms where spacious and clean and kids enjoyed the pool as well. Overall great stay!

We stayed here for first time in the accessible 2 queen suite. Everything was very clean. The “suite” was nothing special. It was same size and layout as a standard double queen room. We were disappointed the tv is not a smart tv for such a new hotel, and there were no complimentary bottles of water in the rooms. The swimming pool and hot tub are extremely small. Ok for small kids. Not sufficient for adults. The fitness centre (room) has 3 treadmills, a stationary bike and a bench with weights, open 24/7. The breakfast was hot and decent. No bacon but lots of sausage and scrambled eggs. It was extremely busy when we were there and tables were limited. The hotel does have quiet hours beginning at 10pm which made it more enjoyable in the evenings. Space is a premium at these new hotels. Next time we will opt to Stay at an older hotel, as new isn’t always better.
