STAFF WAS HELPFUL AND COURTEOUS. BREAKFASTS WERE GREAT. INTERIOR OF BUILDING HAD SOMEWHAT OF A MUSTY SMELL AND OUR SHOWER BASE HAD MOLD/DIRT AROUND THE EDGES.

Taxed to death

Hôtel is on a good location but is showing its wear. I was impressed with breakfast but I was not impressed with the extra tax! There was an additional $7.72 added as Collingwood tax which I totally disagree with.

We paid 351$ for one night. The only reason why i decided to rate a little low is that for the price I think it was not worth the money and that’s not fair. The staff were absolutely wonderful. It is a good place to stay, very centric to things one wants to do. The staff is nice and the breakfast is still excellent. However, the property needs some TLC. It shows that it is ageing. I found the price a bit too high.

Staff was exceptional (Maryann) at the front concierge. She was able to upgrade us to a King bed and suite as our rooms were not ready at the given time of 3pm with us being there around 4pm. She was kind, courteous and wonderful. Continental breakfast was amazing as well.
