Guy at the front desk was intentionally difficult when trying to book a stay in person at the hotel. He prioritized being intentionally and obviously difficult over doing his job, to the point I had to walk away from an extremely simple request. You could tell it was the best part of his day. The request was handled in about 2 minutes by a different employee compared to about 15 full of tension like a school child who is upset. I was trying to give the business 150 euro to stay another day. Id not recommend this place if this guy works here still.

Decent hotel, ok neighborhood.

Nice enough. Clean and well-maintained. Not the best part of town, but easy enough to get around by cab, uber, or bus. Not far from the Sants train station.

Everything clean, could do with more supplied paper cups to go with supplied tea coffee and some hooks in the bathroom. Pillow very hard. Would stay again excellent bolt hole hotel

The check in experience for a first timer was terrible. I guess when you are used to it and know what to expect, it may be acceptable. We had to stand outside to hotel checking in online entering in passport numbers and all kinds of information. There was no where where we could leave our luggage so we could go for a walk while waiting for our room. The lobby carpet was filthy and the lobby itself was grungy. However, the room itself was great. Clean and well appointed with mini kitchen facilities, sofa bed, and comfortable bed.

The concept was good but the delivery didnt get there. The shower was tiny and could have been better constructed. The lack of a place to have breakfast required a good range of food but there wasnt. The whole vibe felt cheap, rather than smart.

over all I would definitely come back to this hosting, it’s clean very friendly staff easy checking process walking distance from blue and red metro line a block away, there’s plenty of dinning options on the outside street a couple of supermarkets and laundry just in front of the property definitely a perfect spot to stay at :) enjoy the beach at blue barceloneta metro station it’s great every day
