Everything was great overall, but we had an unpleasant experience during check-in. We asked to leave one of our bags at the hotel, and when the receptionist opened the storage room, a huge cockroach appeared on her neck. We were absolutely shocked and it left us feeling uneasy throughout our stay.

Property is right next to bus & metro station so even though it's not in the middle of the action, it's convenient and quiet. A mall is across the street so lots of shopping and dining options that aren't touristy. Front desk staff are EXCELLENT!

Nice hotel

I had a great experience staying at the Hampton by Hilton in Barcelona. The hotel was clean, modern, and well-maintained. The rooms were comfortable, with cozy beds and everything needed for a pleasant stay. What stood out most was the friendly and professional staff—they were always helpful, whether it was with directions, restaurant recommendations, or quick check-in and check-out. The breakfast was also a great bonus, with a good variety of hot and cold options to start the day. The location was convenient—easy access to public transport and not far from the main attractions in the city. Overall, I’d definitely recommend this hotel for anyone looking for comfort, value, and excellent service in Barcelona.
