Security is a concern for this hotel

This 4 stars hotel doesn’t have any security guards. I witnessed a family’s backpack got stolen in the lobby by someone came in from the street. It all happened so quickly that I wished I could’ve helped that family, but the hotel didn’t even do anything for them. (Not sure if it’s a usual thing or they were low key blaming it’s this family’s own fault. Regardless, you wouldn’t expect that service or security level for a 4-star hotel) As well, there is no security check going up to each floor. The elevator needs to have the key card to access floors, however stair case doesn’t need one, anyone could just walk in the lobby and going to any floors, mind you, I was on 6th floor, and my room face directly to the staircase, the door was opened entire time I was there.

We had a fabulous stay! The hotel is in a quiet neighbourhood within a walking distance to Sagrada Família and other landmarks. We loved everything about the hotel, including, most importantly, their friendly staff, but also cleanliness, attention to detail and very tasty breakfast. Thank you for the great experience - we will definitely be back! Family of three (including a sometimes grumpy teenager :)
