The room smelled old and stuffy. Hallways are very dark and creepy. Front desk staff was not friendly. We asked for extra linens and was asked to come down to get it ourselves because they did not have room service available. Horrible customer service and would not recommend this place to anyone.

The rooms were excellent, lovely facilities such as the pool (dependant on time of year), and in a great location near to a metro station and a big shopping mall. Disappointed with the bathroom - shower pressure was poor (unable to wash shampoo out) and was either extremely hot or very cold. Definitely a good stay for exploring Barcelona.

Clean, nice pool with a terrace/bar area. Breakfast is standard and tasty for a 4* hotel, but expensive for what you get, but i chose to opt out for breakfast and went to the foodcourt in the shopping mall opposite the hotel. Would highly recommend this hotel.
