Due to the extensive fire in the area near Penticton and the high level of pollution in the air and its unhealthy for breathing, I emailed the hotel manager Yogita Sohdi twice directly to accept the cancellation and refund, and I called the hotel four times for the same issue, and it seems like this issue is unimportant to them. I will definitely complain and follow up. Expedia also has this game, they pass it on to each other, you are definitely not customer-oriented.

Staff allowed us to check out early without penalty due to the Summerland wildfire, and the fact that they needed rooms to house evacuated families.

This was our fourth time staying here. Always great service, very clean rooms. Annemarie was spectacular in assisting us with an early checkout due to the smoke and wildfires in the area. We look forward to returning again.

Rooms are clean, you get a 10% discount at Wings. Staff was friendly. Only issue we had was the TV didn't work and it was reported twice.
