Staff was very welcoming and friendly. Our rooms and the halls were not clean. There was left over femanine hygiene products and clumps of hair left in the 2 rooms we stayed in. The pool was dirty and green. Although it was a nonsmoking hotel the halls smelled of tobacco and Marijuana. The continental breakfast had great options and the Mexican restaurant next door was delicious!

Wish got some kind of refund for price i paid

They room was big an newer but tub was slippery when took first shower like not cleaned properly almost feel . Pool was not clean water had hair in it and water felt slimy. House keeping trued to force door open with noth locks on and a dnd both mornings of my stay . And they dont have none pork meat in breakfast buffet . Buffet not so big . Still updating hotel slowly . Need better house keepers for cleaner hotel. Front desk was nice . almost $500 for two nights and it was NOT WORTH IT .

The room was very nice , staff were wonderful, the beds are high you have to boost yourself up. The outside of the building is very dated. I saw broken glass on one of the parking spots and it was Not taken care of. It would be nice if they spruce out the place outside. But I definitely would stay here again

You can put make-up on a pi, but it’s still a pig. Beds are too high. My 83 year old mother had to use the desk chair to get into bed. I’m 5’5”, and it wasn’t easy for me either. The beds are on a full metal panel frame. As you turn in the night, it sounds like wobbling sheet metal to create a thunder sound. The drapes aren’t wide enough to fully cover the windows. There’s mold in the bathroom with creepy hand prints on the back of the door. There’s no cover on the ceiling light in the bathroom, with the fan super loud. Not too eco-friendly when the tub drips non-stop. The AC emits a perfume smell-probably to cover up the smoke coated paint (which is still detectable in the room) under the fresher coats. Tv channel options were amazing. The WiFi is hard to get onto, and is slow. The breakfast was comparable to other hotels. The staff tending breakfast were very nice and helpful. Front desk folks at evening checking and morning check out could use some manners and customer service training. Overall, you get what you pay for. It’s fine if you’re looking just for any place to stay.

Check in was very slow. Unfortunately we got behind someone checking in several people and we had to wait awhile. Staff was courteous but helped someone who cut in front of us to ask for something after our already long wait. Even though it's a smoke free property, we smelled cigarettes the entire time in the check in area and outside near the side entry. The beds were comfy, the shower was spacious though the bathroom was not. The sink was not clean, beard hair...and food crumbs were found around the coffee machine. The hair dryer was disgustingly dirty. We did not try the breakfast as we had to leave early. We saw a couple who spent the night in their car in the parking lot. The whole place had a funky smell.

Was stuck in bangor, was supposed to drive 7 hours home but it was late, called because they had a pool and breakfast. Fast and easy and had my keys in under 5 minutes rooms were clean and the beds were very comfortable.
