The Rimrock was a lovely stay, a little dated and the bathroom in my room was dirty when I checked in and the entry way light was out. The service was great and all staff was very helpful. Comfy bed and robes!

The property is quite old and the bathroom is quite small and gives you a claustrophobic feeling. We stayed for 5 nights, the room cleaning missed one day of cleaning. They were also cleaning the windows on our last day, but they didn't inform about it. It caused a bit of sleep disturbance and noise. For the amount of money they charge, they should do a better job in informing customers.

The place & staff deserve a 5 star review, but for a hotel like this and the cost, you would expect at least complementary water! Having to pay for water is weird TBH. Overall it was great experience.

Beautiful property, awesome views from our room. Great service. Friendly staff. Loved the live music in the lounge each night. Great to have shuttle and bus service from front of resort. However, the rooms are spacious but very dated. Furniture is worn. Carpets are old. Needs a refresh into modern times! Overall good place to stay.
