We booked a room with air conditioning, we had the unit running full blast for nine hours and the room got hotter. Spoke to the front desk and maintenance and their response was the air conditioning unit is working so there's not much we can do. Once I explained that I have a six month pregnant wife they finally were willing to transfer us to a different hotel.

Our room is located outside and far from the underground hot spring. My daughter was stopped by a staff member and asked her to bring the pool towel back inside, as she’s not allowed to take it to our room, she was wet and cold on her swimsuit. Also, we paid for a pet friendly room, they said that they will provide bowl, dog bed etc. but they didn’t. It’s also quite a walk to downtown but they offer bus passes, for your convenience make sure to get one when you checked in as they won’t offer it right away.

Rooms have no Air Conditioning or ventilation/air flow and are extremely small. Barely slept it was so hot in the room all night. Hot tub is old and outdated, water felt slimy amd was murky. Whole experience was disappointing when paying $600 a night.

Enjoyed our loft one bedroom unit - quiet and clean. Love the walkability to restaurants and shopping. The public transit makes it very easy to get around. It would have been nice to have a coffee shop in the hotel.

For the price of this hotel the rooms should have an air conditioner. Only a fan is available in the closet. But no other complaints. very nice vibe. Cabin feel. The Cave hot pool is very cool. The gym is rinky dink. Underground parking is included and needed. Good hotel.
