There is a live show place next to this hotel. If you wanna a good rest, no way. The show maybe running until 3am. If you like night life. You could go ahead. They have very long hall like a maze place. Only good thing is the hot tub has great view. I recommend fox inn not this one, be honest.

The location is convenient just right in the middle of downtown of Banff. The area of improvement I would say is that staffs are not so attentive and did not greet with a smile. During my second stay they did not change my towels and need me to call them for that

Perfect location in the heart of Banff—close to everything! The room was clean, cozy, and had beautiful mountain views. Loved the rooftop hot tubs after a long day out. Staff were friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again!
