The room was nice and the breakfast was okay. There was massive construction right outside the hotel that was very noisy and we were not notified about it until 2 days before our stay. Also the elevator was out of order the day before we checked out and was not repaired so we had to carry all our luggage down 3 floors and they did not even offer to help.

Key card didnt work, corrected tried again- we were given wrong room. Sound buffers needed for those 2am people returning Elevator out of commission, third floor checkout after shopping a bit taxing down narrow stairs. Our 4th stay... definitely not the best one we've had.

Chambre très propre et beau look de montagne. Par contre, il faisait très chaud dans la chambre même sans chauffage et avec la fenêtre ouverte. Il n’y a pas de système de ventilation, ni de climatisation pour l’été. Salle de bain vieille avec éclairage au néon et rideau tout beige. À elle seule, la salle de bain donnait l’impression de rester dans un motel. Par contre, excellent déjeuner et excellent service à la clientèle.

We had a great stay. Our room was super clean, tidy and well-furnished in a western motif. We live in a log home, so appreciate the round wood furnishings and decor throughout the building. Staff were very helpful and welcoming. Included breakfast is very good. Will be back...

Clean room and very courteous staff. We were in town for a wedding so there were many family members that stayed at various locations throughout the town of Banff and this was the perfect location to meet up, shop and dine out. (Others said they wished they had chose BML. It was also great to have breakfast included with our stay. We were very pleased with our choice of accommodations for this stay.

The facility was as we have enjoyed it before. There was street construction that created noise however and the breakfast area was very busy due to a film festival in town, both of which were temporary issues. The location cannot be beat in Banff and we will no doubt be back.

Stayed two nights for a business trip, not a bad hotel in a crunch but it's kind of weird. Staff don't acknowledge you entering or leaving, theres a coffee machine in the room but nowhere to plug it in. There's two shower heads for a nice couple shower but the water is either super hot or super cold. Overall not a bad stay just a few things off here and there but would stay again for the price.
