The room was nice. Would Have liked chairs on the patio even in the fall, the weather was nice. We pre-checked in and selected that we would like parking. When we arrived we were told the parking was full and we were out of luck and just had to find street parking which was really disappointing.

Nice hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Good size pool as well and decent rooms. Cons: Limited parking (you should expect that travelling to banff anyway), and probably the smallest and least usable gym I've seen at any hotels (to the point that I didnt even bother using it).

Pre-check in was a nightmare. I completed the check in ….then was directed to download an app … then the app didn’t worked to let me into the parkade … then it didn’t work to let me into my room. Room was decent and a nice view but construction was awfully loud. There’s barely any signage so good luck finding the elevator / lobby / etc. staff are nice and friendly. Restaurant was amazing. Pool is nice.

The rooms were much larger than we expected. Loved the little area to keep snacks and drinks that was close to the bathroom instead of in the main room. The pool and hot tub were nice but very crowded and it wasn't very quiet during quiet hours. Really enjoyed having the communication through text as opposed to running down to the front desk. Everything was very clean. Would stay again.

The location was perfect, steps away from Banff street. Staff were really friendly. The room was clean, though not completely - some coffee stains from previous customers on tables. The pool and jacuzzi were a bit smaller than pictures would suggest and very crowded, we tried different days and hours, and always many rather loud small children splashing around. Not very relaxing.
