Jump on the free ski shuttle for a day on the slopes before returning to Banff Park Lodge for a drink at the bar/lounge and comforts including an indoor pool and a steam room. Housekeeping is available on request.

This was my second time staying at Banff Park Lodge. Love the area. Right in town and so close to everything. The staff was both polite and efficient. Dined at La Terrazza and Bluebird. I have to say that the food at both of these restaurants was amazing! As previously mentioned, I have stayed there twice and would not hesitate to do so again.

The only reason that I gave Banff Park Lodge a 4 on a few things is because it is still in construction phase. All the rooms have been updated and are perfect! Take time to eat at their restaurant… it was fantastic. I would love to go back someday.

The staff gave erroneous info on where to board the bus for tunnel mountain. Waited for over 1.5 hrs and was told to walk to another place to catch the bus. Waited another 30 mins.

The front reception was truly outstanding the staff were friendly, efficient and professional. The bell hop was an amazing help which was very appreciated. The room was clean and comfortable. It would have been nice to have chairs to sit on the balcony. The bathroom door needs to be adjusted it binds making it hard to close. The added touches from the staff were surprising it made for a fantastic stay. Thanks to each and everyone of you!! Until next time take care.

The Banff Park Lodge was great! The staff was so kind and helpful, the food at their restaurant was perfect, and even though they had construction going on another restaurant everything was very neat and clean. The three pools were great after days of hard climbing and hiking! I would stay again.
