We experienced a faulty alarm during our stay from June 14 to 15, 2025, which disturbed all the guests past midnight. The alarm went off twice—first briefly, then again for about 15 to 20 minutes. It was loud and persistent enough that my family and I thought we needed to evacuate. Our stay was supposed to be perfect, but this unexpected incident made it less so. During the alarm, there was only one staff member at the front desk, but he handled the situation well and stayed calm and helpful. Overall, our stay at the property was okay, and my family still enjoyed the trip despite the disruption.

Parking was easy and they were very accomodating about allowing us to park our car before check in. Some hooligans pulled the fire alarm at midnight waking everyone up, but not much you can do there. At least we got a couple brownies as an apology. Breakfast is amazing, better than the average continental I'd say and comes with the room.

The room was well appointed and clean. The staff was super friendly and helpful. We loved the outdoor hot tubs and steam room. Would have loved and iron and ironing board or steamer but otherwise a lovely place.

The hotel staff was extremely nice. We had an ongoing problem with the key card not working, but in all cases, it was immediately rectified. THERE WAS NO POOL! It is a small and large HOT TUB!. We knew this when booking but many others, especially with children, were disappointed. The location was great. Breakfast was both American style and European and was very good. There was a coffee shop on the first floor which was convenient.

We spent a day here and enjoyed our stay. Our hotel room was clean, appreciated the dog bowls and dog beds they provided for our puppy that we brought along. Like it's convenience and the underground car parking. Breakfast was fresh and liked the options. Will definitely recommend.
