We really enjoyed staying at this hotel. The beds were comfy, the room was very clean, nice lighting in bathroom, and curtains to give privacy. A minor complaint is that some of the staff (we think) were shouting at each other in the outdoor corridors. Fortunately, this was during the day, but if anyone was trying to sleep, they would have been woken. All staff were friendly, helpful, and efficient. The hot tub is very lovely and unique. The breakfast (served in the attached Chili's restaurant) is unfortunately all sugary carbs, unless you like cold boiled eggs. We ended up going elsewhere for breakfast because of that, but if you are a pastry/waffle person in the morning, you will not be disappointed. Parking was a breeze, and we appreciated that it was covered during a season when you can expect snow. It is also convenient to have a restaurant attached to your hotel, if you want to eat close by or grab a drink. I will most definitely return to this hotel!

Very nice. Not quite as amazing as the photos online make it look, but it was still great. Walking distance to the hot springs and gondola, bed was super comfy, room spacious. Would go again, but make sure to know how to get there, it is really off the beaten path.

We enjoyed our stay at Juniper - the room had fantastic views and made more special by the snow! Highway can be heard from balcony but not from inside. Staff were helpful and the restaurant is very nice.

I was fortunate to be upgraded to a 2BR loft room with balcony overlooking the woods and view down to Banff township. The size and layout were very impressive and I doubt the a family could do better than this for accomodation in Banff. Two double queen beds and a washroom upstairs, then separate bedroom with queen bed downstairs, bathroom spacious lounge ( with sofa which could convert to a double bed), dining area (with table set!), fireplace and kitchen opening onto outdoor balcony. The pools/hot tub area with expansive view down to Banff were a feature but it's fair to say that the the maintenance of the grounds wasn't as good as it could be and the reception/ lounge area was a bit bland. There was ( Oct 16) construction work happening on the land adjoining the eastern side of the resort and rooms along that boundary didn't look overly appealing. Very helpful staff ( Jay in particular).

Banff is a town within Banff National Park in the Canadian Rocky Mountains. Ski buffs can hit the slopes at Sunshine Village and Ski Norquay. The Banff Gondola whisks visitors to the top of Sulphur Mountain. The Upper Hot Springs, at the base of Sulphur Mountain, is a popular spot to relax sore muscles. Quaint Banff Avenue is lined with shops and restaurants.
