The only advantage to staying at this hotel was the location. Hotel needs major updating. No hair dryer in the room or available by request. Non-slip so worn they provided zero fall protection. Only garbage can was in the bathroom. No charging ports on the nightstand.....

First rooom smelled like an ashtray. Front desk staff very helpful in changing rooms. Ice makers and elevator broken. Breakfast staff helpful and professional but understaffed and food was subpar. Will not stay here again.

Staff was extremely friendly and totally embraced the show and holiday over the weekend. Everything in the room worked and was extremely clean! Easy walk to the show and after parties. We felt safe and taken care of. Only thing that could have been better was a microwave in each room or on every floor. I realize the hotel was still under construction and this might not be the usual arrangements but over all I’d give it at least 👍👍👍👍

Overall it was nice and we’d stay there again. Location was great - with food and beverage choices nearby. Camden Yards and M&T Bank stadium within walking distance as well. Staff was polite and professional. The only “complaint” would be that Housekeeping did not replace towels or bath mat or clean the sink. They took the used towels and made the bed.
