The first room I was placed in did not lock behind me. The second room I was placed in had a strong smell which led me to have to buy air freshener for the suite. I found a roach crawling in my bed in the middle of the night

Check in was very easy and we got to our room very quickly. When we got in though, there was a PUNGENT smell of dog pee. It was so strong and it could be smelt throughout the whole room. There were spots in the carpet that I believe were to be the blame. We figured out soon later after hearing a dog barking like crazy that they allow pets but do not clean up after them. Our remote for the TV didn’t even work. It just turned it on but none of the other buttons worked. Our iron initially was broken, spilling water everywhere and wouldn’t iron. I did call to get a new one and they brought another right away. The smell was so awful I had to buy something to try and cover it up for the two nights I stayed. Absolutely terrible on that part, probably won’t be staying here again because of it.
