No soy una persona de poner receñas pero la mala experiencia que tuve aqui no me deja otra opcion. Reserve el Hotel con anticipacion en linea. Pedi una habitacion smoke free. Yo no fumo y tampoco mi familia. Cuando llegue alla primero no podia abrir la habitacion tuve que regresar dos veses a la oficina hasta que una persona de servicio me abrio la habitacion y sorpresa olia terrible. Aparte que el sitio por fuera es un desastre suciedad y mal olor por todos lados. Pero ya era muy tarde no queria ir a otro lugar a buscar. La sopresa fue que la habitacion que me dieron olia Horrible, fui para que me dieran otra habitacion y muy groseramente me dijeron que no tenian otra habitacion que alli me tenia que quedar. Les dije que yo no podia quedarme en esa habitacion, Yo estaba con mis pequeños hijos y mi madre no me podia quedar en esa habitacion me tuve que ir de alli. Si pudiera dar una receña de -0 lo haria.

The upkeeping of the cleaning could be done with a little more effort. The room is spacious but cleanliness is important. It is however located next to food hubs and shopping malls. So thats the only good thing. The hotel is a little drive out of the city area.

Upon arriving there were people moving tubs and box’s, I can on assume the were dealing some kind of eviction. There were people smoking and playing loud music well after midnight. The keys didn’t work to the room, the front desk work told me to wait 5 minutes before trying to use them or put the hatch on to enter and exit until in began to work. I’ve stayed at all kinds of properties, but Wyndham should be ashamed of this one. I can’t stay here in good faith or health.
The door was bowing and the paint was severely chipped
The cooling system worked but was dirty, and paint chipping
The sheets on BOTH beds were covered in stains
The tub was just disgusting

The room was the most nasty thing you have seen. I deserve a full refund and have pics of the condition. “Bedbugs” was carved into the door. Roaches were in the cabinets. The shower didn’t work. There were cigarette burns on the tub and toilet. Make this right

DO NOT STAY HERE…..

The entire experience was terrible not only does the hotel not offer what’s displayed, it’s also dirty, moldy, filled with roaches, dirty linens and an awful smell. Furniture in rooms are broken and old, bathrooms had holes in the tub and the hotel had a lot of crack heads and smell is just musty. No customer service at all, had to go to the front desk several times about our room and ended up checking out before our initial checkout date.

Dirty with tub not draining bed had a hole in it the size of a person pillows were dirty and smelly drug bags all over the shelf’s left came back and lock was locked from inside the one for security that can only be closed from inside staff we’re unfriendly room was moldy also lights in bathroom and sink area was flickering because of broken switches was hazardous two towels for a 5 day stay there was more like mirrors had smearing on them and not cleaned the guy snatched the room card out of my hand when checking into my room

We couldn't stay. It was awful. Pictures on the website is extremely deceitful. This hotel should not exist. Absolutely horrific. Never done a review before despite my wide travels and stay in various places all over the world. Had to do this one.
