New Hotel

Beautiful New Hotel! Room was like a 1 bedroom apartment. Service was great. Had trouble casting movies from my device to tv - called the front desk and they sent someone up - the guy immediately knew what the problem was and it was fixed within 2 minutes. Shuttle service was great as well.

I love this hotel. This is my third stay. It’s very nice and clean. The staff is very friendly and the free breakfast is actually good.

Apartment quality for a hotel stay. Separate kitchen and living room space allowed the family to really spread out. Staff is courteous and attentive. This will be our spot next time around again.

I booked a three-night stay. The first night was very satisfying; I slept well and it was quiet. I stayed in two connecting rooms. The second night was the beginning of a nightmare. Someone checked into the next room at 2:00 a.m. and had a loud music party. We were woken up. I called customer service to complain; they stopped the music, but the room was not soundproofed, and we heard them chatting until 6:00 a.m. The third night was worse. Other guests were very loud at 12:00 a.m., and I smelled marijuana. Finally, we had to change rooms at 1:00 a.m. It was my worst trip, and I did not sleep well.

We were able to check in an hour early which we appreciated. The hotel room in general was clean. It just had a few things that were broken (toilet paper holder, mini fridge door, and blinds). But it wasn’t a big deal
