Always like staying at a Hampton Inn, rooms were basically clean my only complaint, we were there for two nights, we had to call for clean towels, which they came right away, but room was not replenish with TP or tissues and trash was not emptied, overall, I think the hotel could use a refresh, staff was great, no complaints there.

I did not get two queens as I paid for in my confirmation. How will I be compensated. My cousin had to crawl on the ground on the sidewalk and up the steps because there was no ramp at the door in the back of the hotel near the last available parking space.

This was a great place for my dog to stay with me. There were several doggy poop bag supply stations outside the hotel. The hotel neighborhood had sidewalks on both sides of street to walk my dog. The $75 rate for my dog’s entire 5 day stay with me was very reasonable.
