Poorly maintained facility. No sanity at all. Grey spots on toilet seat when checked in to the room. Had to wipe it clean myself. Bed cover was dirty (could see the traces of objects like luggage placed on bed, dirt from wheels was left on bed). Not the worst yet. Found *BED BUGS* on bed next morning!! Together with several bug bites on my legs. Took videos of the bed bugs caught red-handed. Check-in at lobby was ridiculous too. The staff handed me my room key without verifying my ID. No security sense. It was the most terrible experience of hotel stay. The brand name was ruined. Would have given NEGATIVE score if there was one. where to send the videos of bed bugs caught on scene? *REQUEST FOR REFUND*.

I had the worst interaction with house keeping. I booked for three people asked for an extra towel set. The lady says its not ready. Puzzled/confused because the guy who was helping with the room was folding clean towels. WOW the point I am canceling my reservation for two weeks. I woke high because the weed smoke was so unbearable. To the point I left by 8:30 this morning. I will never stay there again.

I just wanted an inexpensive place for one night and it served the purpose. The room was clean and the ac worked fine. But the mattress was saggy, the shower drain was running slow, and the water temperature went back and forth from too hot to too cold the whole time. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!!!!

Hotel is DIRTY, not anything like the pictures shown. Customer Service POOR. Be careful of showers, water was way too hot for ANYONE to take a shower. way hotter than 120 degrees. We were unable to shower both days because of the temperature of the water. Asked for extra pillows 7 times and on the second night, we finally got them at 9:00pm . Had to get key cards redone 8 times during a two day period. We ended up going to get breakfast because the eating are was VERY dirty for the FREE BREAKFAST. Someone had the door to the outside propped open, resulting in flies getting in. By the entrance to the backdoor (hot secure) was 7 bags of trash piled up, both days while we were there. Again... FLIES. SURPISED??? TRASH and OPEN DOORS????

The cleanliness is very much lacking, and there was no mattress protector - but the bed was very comfortable.

Safety lock broke on bedroom door, didn't have a king room available besides the broken door room, wanted to down grade me, found stains on the back of the toilet, dried white paper stick to the counter, and open condom wrapper in left side night stand draw. Would bring out more food when still had 45 mins left to breakfast. Front desk don't greet customer, to busy on phone. And a night unsavory characters hanging in the parking lot, smoking marijuana, and playing loud music!
