The room was good, bed comfortable staff friendly , breakfast had no fruit out for the first 6 of the 13 days I was there I asked about that and the manager said their supplier had let them down and that he had personally bought fruit and it would be out the next morning which it was, The swimming pool was green with algae and unusable, I asked the manager why it was like that and he said they were trying to get it sorted and asked if I wanted to swim ( the temperature while I was there was 100 to 105 degrees F) he said if I did I could use the pool at their sister hotel across the road. I did not think this hotel was value for money I expected more from Holiday Inn Express.

Facilities were dirty. Mold in the ceiling. Grounds were riddled with debris. Staff couldn't smile. Never again.
