When we asked for another room because the a/c, telephone and internet is not working the housekeeper/maintenance slam the door at us and didn’t comeback. I NEED TO GO DOWN TO THE FRONT DESK FROM 6th FLOOR TO REPORT AND ASK FOR ANOTHER ROOM! The room that was provided with us was splashed with alcohol, smell was too strong that it made me dizzy. I WIL NOT COME BACK IN THIS FILTHY CHEAP HOTEL/MORE LIKE A MOTEL!

The room is clean, restroom needs proper maintenance caulking around the bath tub are moldy faucets are loose, clothes cabinet doors also needs fixing. Staff are all very polite and always wears a warm smile. Breakfast are very good a lot of varieties to choose from.. The place are very closed to major shopping areas.

Very clean and breakfast was so good , staff also was helpful and no problem with the aircon .
