They don’t clean room unless per request, I did told them but no one cleaned for 3 nights, I ask for complementary water it takes morethan an hour, front desk very professional but they don’t smile to customers, the guards and the person opening the door was nice and helpful. FYI if you have any stain on the sheets or towels you also have to pay for it. I did my massage there too, I regret it because the room was freezing, I ask for to lower the a/c and give me a blanket but she ignores, breakfast was great but expensive.
