All of the staff were amazing and friendly! They are always around to provide help. The front staff and housekeepers were beyond accommodating with any inquiry we had. The view from the hotel is beyond what we expected with a water front view and a large grass area to lay and read a book. 10/10 would recommend and come back!

The staff was welcoming and well-trained. Our room was spacious and clean, with an excellent view of the water. The bed was comfortable. A power strip was available to plug in devices, as well as ample outlets. It was quiet.

What a view from your room, I will be really honest, yes this place is tired BUT THAT IS ALL. You do have a really great comfortable bed, yes its really quiet , THAT is a big deal for me I have three sleep disorders. Yes there is a fridge in your room, wooden floors, THIS IS ABOUT WHAT IS ON OFFER. They have a really great chef, the staff are really friendly, this was our first trip to drive the trail its really stunning , hoping to come back in October for husbands birthday. It would also be a great place for a destination wedding, as the resturant is set up great for a wedding. If you have kids yes swimming pool yes hoops yes bikes its all here.. A lick of paint would go far but I also know we have a hard winter this year for snow. IF YOU STAY YOU WILL CERTAINLY LOVE THE VIEW. AND A GOOD NIGHTS SLEEP.

The property is in a good location and affords a great view of Baddeck's lake. The room was clean and service was good. They had a restaurant and bar. If you are looking for a modern hotel with all the latest amenities - this isn't it. If you are looking for a hotel with a great view, good service and clean - this fits the bill perfectly
