The hotel was clean, staff was helpful.. Check in was good. However, it was on a busy roundabout with hundreds of trucks daily. As someone from North America relying on air conditioning, the room was dreadfully hot. As one could not always keep the windows open because of street traffic it made for unpleasant sleeping. We were there for 6 nights. If coming in the summer, Hamburg is getting hotter. Pick a place with AC if you are used to it. I know many Europeans did not mind as our hotel was full of them..

Very helpful and police staff. Spoke excellent Engish so no issues in communication. Clean and enjoyable stay!

Welcoming reception and big and comfortable room!

No air con so the weather had a big bearing on my overall experience but hotel was great overall.

Fabulous hotel with amazing breakfast, comfortable rooms and great location. Always enjoy coming here. Staff is super friendly. Restaurant food is delicious.

Clean. Staff and service mostly OK. Some very good some very poor. Property in general good condition. But I have a serious issue with facilities. The pictures show a swimming pool. But the swimming pool is not part of the hotel at all. It’s across the road. It doesn’t belong to the hotel at all. This is only visible in the small text . This kind of advertising is unethical in my view. We booked this hotel because we believed it had a pool. In the end, the public pool was actually closed so we couldn’t even use it. The location and general area around the hotel directly on the river is quite nice. Our room was rather noisy in the morning. I believe we were located over the reception so there was lots of coming and going. Parking is very limited. When we arrived, we got the very last parking spot, which was very tight.

Nice hotel with beautiful views over the canal. Excellent breakfast buffet as well. Would recommend to anyone visiting Bremerhaven.
