Too far away from the lagoon. Barking dogs and roosters won’t let you sleep. Staff, Lucy is a rock star, but I really thought the neighborhood was different. Lots of stray dogs in poor conditions that really ruined our stay. I do do not recommend the hotel nor Bacalar if you care for animals

No es hotel...

De hotel no tiene nada, ni siquiera recepción mucho menos un anuncio para ubicar el lugar esta a las orillas de bacalar es un terreno donde hicieron 4 o 5 cuartos y lo publican como hotel...

Esta muy alejado de la zona centro de bacalar, ofrecen bicicletas, pero es un poco peligroso ya que hay que cruzar la carretera y en caso de que no quiera viajar en bici es muy complicado encontrar un taxi. El "desayuno incluido" es un chiste, solo es un cuernito ni siquiera preparado y café soluble el cual ya estaba todo pegajoso de lo viejo que estaba. Es muy bonito el lugar, pero la ubicación y el desayuno le quitaron bastante puntos.
