Well located property close to Freedom square .. we booked a suite for the family and it was really big and comfortable . They were very prompt with our tv not working and sorted it . Nice breakfast too . Would recommend it .

Great location,staff and clean room

The good: - supportive on first day to leave luggage on early arrival - air conditioning worked thankfully and you could adjust the fan - comfortable beds and clean - Beautiful boutique venue - good massage - good variety of breakfast - most staff always willing to help - on dial for WhatsApp Improvements : - Staff overall until last day at breakfast we’re approachable, felt a bit that standards dropped and rushed, both staff and food - more could be done on tour organisation with clarity on fees, partners and promote tourism in a speedily manner (or drivers, even the locals at the bar with me the evening before we’re mortified - shower heads mean your pretty much up against the door. More could be thought about here - while I am small even i struggled Overall a gorgeous boutique, just focus more on engagement and visibility with guests, as opposed to just locals, to make it feel more welcoming- tourism is key for countries and the organised guides, tours and activities would really help make the place special and all rounded 5*. I’d love to come back - hopefully this can be done .

I had a very pleasant stay. The bed and sheets were good, the staff is very friendly, the breakfast was simple but the omelette they make is really good. They provide water each day which is nice. My only complaint is there was a slight u pleasant smell coming from the bathroom. It smelt kind of like old wet towels (on the first day I arrived). Aside from that, no problems, pleasant stay

We had a wonderful stay at the Riverside Hotel in Tbilisi. The building itself is beautiful, with stunning period features and plenty of character, making it feel both elegant and welcoming. The breakfast was excellent, offering a great range of fresh, high-quality food with something for everyone. The service throughout the hotel was exceptional, with friendly and attentive staff who made us feel genuinely welcome. We also visited the Tiffany Bar, which has lovely views across the city. While there are a few higher viewpoints in Tbilisi, it’s still a fantastic place to relax with a drink or a meal. The food was very good, and once again, the service was outstanding. Overall, a charming hotel in a great location with excellent hospitality. We’d happily stay here again and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Tbilisi.

Overall, you get a clean room for a pretty low price. No fancy stuff, no facilities, no amenities, you get what you pay for. The only major downside to be aware of is the bar next door. They are allowed to play loud music till 11pm. Be prepared if you are noise sensitive.
