It is a cozy hotel with very friendly staff, especially the person at the front desk. I really enjoyed the king-size bed; it had been a long time since I slept on such a comfortable mattress. The breakfast was excellent and offered a variety of options: waffles, bagels, oatmeal, omelets or boiled eggs, toast, coffee, juice... what more could you ask for?

I would definitely stay here again. The hotel is convenient with access to shopping, food, and downtown and stadium!

Overall, the property itself and amenities presented themselves very well. The pool was nice and my children really enjoyed swimming in it. The breakfast attendants were also very nice and accommodating. We were disappointed that our room wasn't turned over while we were away for the day.

Unfortunately, our stay was pretty disappointing. The breakfast was overcooked and not very enjoyable. The hot tub was out of order, and the pool was poorly maintained. Our room was on the second floor, and the AC barely worked. We noticed the third floor was even worse, while the main floor seemed to be the only area that was actually cool. On top of that, the vending machines were not working. Overall, there were several maintenance and cleanliness issues that made the stay less comfortable than expected.
