i really don’t understand how this hotel was a 5 star hotel - it looked like a 2 star hotel. It was very old, rundown, and did not have the best customer service. Their parking situation was atrocious and they wouldn’t serve dinner till 8pm and lunch till 1:30pm. it was located in a noisy neighborhood and you could hear everything outside.

Self check-in situation. It was very easy. The room was clean, cozy, and had the AC on when we walked in. Nice surprise after a long hot day in Oviedo. I would certainly stay here again.

Confortable room with pleasant view.

The check in process was terrible. You must have a smart phone with What’s App and the hotels app loaded to enable them to communicate with you, send you links and registration documents to be filled in online before you can even enter the building. It was 34C outside and it took us over an hour to register, eventually having to walk 15 minutes to a sister hotel to pick up a key card. Would not recommend it at all.

Exceptional stay. Staff was delightful to interact with, very helpful and friendly. Room was super clean. The property is optimally located in proximity to everything we wanted to see and do. Great stay! Thanks!
