Everything was good great assistance

My stay was not pleasant at all. The room was not what I was expecting. We had no refrigerator in the room which meant we had no cool drinks or anything to drink because we could not keep it cool. We only noticed this after we went to the store and purchased items that we could not use. We had no drinking cups in our room and the ice machine on our floor was not working. The staff, especially Trevor was extremely helpful during our stay with recommendations and taught us how to ride the train system. Even recommended places to visit which we did. I was also told that there was a shuttle to the hotel for the airport. It cost me another $100 just to get from and back to the airport for the weekend. I was there for a wedding so I did not gripe but I was not satisfied by the hotel at all.

Staff was friendly that’s about it

The place was fine. The staff was very kind and helpful. The carpets do smell old and could use a deep cleaning. The bathroom and sheets were very clean.
