Poland, overall, is not oriented towards international tourist. It's more like a business center for Europeans. Thus, do not expect friendly smiles at the front desk, as they are basically minding their own business. If approached, they will politely act; however, do not expect anyone walking the extra mile! Very nice and clean apartment. Excellent location, and the windows overlooking the street of stare miasto and seeing the Warsaw cathedral just down the street was perfect. Very comfortable and host was very responsive to emails and ensured everything was to our liking. Will definitely consider staying here again on future visits to Warsaw.

Use Uber to get there from airport or train station. Taxi drivers in the city are crooks. Either way, you get dropped off 3 blocks from the old town square and have to bring tour bags over rough cobble stones. Once there, it is the best possible location, Be ready for 51 stair steps to get in.
