We loved the ambience and facilities provided. Buffet breakfast was great, and the receptionists were welcoming. Only thing we had a serious issue with was Housekeeping. We booked 4 days 3 nights and our room wasn’t properly looked after. We asked for housekeeping on the second night because the bins were full and towels needed to be changed, the result was subpar. If the hotel provided guests rooms with cleaning supplies, we would definitely clean our rooms ourselves!

The property itself is super convenient and nicely done up. The parking is terrible, the communication from front desk staff about parking is awful, we had a room that was half made up, which was inconvenient. I probably wouldn't stay there again when there is accommodation with parking around.

This hotel is very stylish with incredible views over the city and an easy walk to Auckland sights and ferry/train. The staff is exceptionally friendly. The beds are very comfortable and the design of the rooms is very modern yet cozy. Bar Albert on the top floor is also a great way to watch the sunset.

Nice hotel and we enjoyed our stay. Breakfast was good with nice choices, but Fruit wasnt the best bananas always brown and fruit looked pale.... Parking is right next door but expensive and no discounts for hotel guests. location was fab and staff very friendly. We would stay again. Room was cleaned and tidied every day. Only bad part was the water pressure is very weak
