In reality, I didn't even get the chance to stay here as somewhere between expedia and the motel they had my dates incorrect and when I arrived as booked there was no accommodation for me. Also quite annoyed at the back and forth between me, expedia, and the motel that lasted almost a week trying to get a refund when the issue was not on me. The area, however, did have lots of dining options in walking distance. If you have a car in the city it's a good options with parking included and about 10-15min depending on traffic to get to the viaduct. The staff at the motel when I showed up was very apologetic but did nothing to help me find alternate accommodation. Also shouldnt have taken 4 days for expedia to get ahold of them to approve a refund when she literally told me to reach out to expedia for a refund.

Stayed twice in one week in different room types. Executive Studio okay for overnight but quite small so recommend upgrading to Master Studio as bigger and has kitchen. Avoid unit numbers 1 - 2 as right behind reception and has wall directly outside windows. Will definitely stay again, great value for money and beds super comfortable. No issues with cleanliness or bugs mentioned in other reviews.

Staff are friendly and attentive but the room was infested with cockroaches. Unfortunately it was not the first time I have experienced this at Tudor court motel . I have stayed here 3 times. The first time it was clean and met my expectations , the second time I found cockroaches in the bathroom so told them about it and they mentioned it was seasonal and it was time for them to spray the room. I decided to give them another try 3 months later and unfortunately found more cockroaches than the first time.

This is the little things I look for. we had a awesome comfortable bed with really nice pillows. Toilet paper was lovely & Soft. Shower pressure was excellent. Only 1 issue that we forget to mention to owners, the smoke alarm was missing in the bedroom. Rooms were service daily when we put the card out to service. 1 idea to give to owners.l I'm super keen on recycling. Maybe they could put 2 bins in bathroom? 1 for rubbish & 1 for recycling.

Excellent location for my needs with bus stop over the road and 2 train stations into city about 15mins walk away. Staff very accommodating re pre- arranged early check in. Kitchen sparsely stocked with cutlery etc. Light sleepers may find traffic noise disturbing with motel between main highway and railway tracks. Good shopping facilities 15min walk away.

Road frontage was not the most alluring but once in the room it was newly renovated, comfortable, and quite surprisingly as it’s right on great South Road. Definitely stay for me in the future on business trips
