We had a wonderful stay. The hotel staff was friendly and communicated clearly and quickly about roadworks around the hotel. They answered my questions promptly before we arrived regarding parking. It’s a great location, near to shopping and food.

Breakfast was great, staff were friendly and helpful and even gave my daughter a birthday gift on arrival. Location is perfect for cbd and the sky tower. I didn’t like the bathroom/shower but that is personal preference and the parking is extremely expensive offsite at $59 for the hours of 2pm-10am.

The hotel was amazing. It was in a great location and easily accessible for both shopping and transport with it being a 5 minute walk to Britomart. There are many great dining options around. The breakfast options where good and the staff was great.
