The room was warm, quiet, and comfortable, with adequate car parking. It is close enough to the airport to be convenient for an early flight out. The bathroom let the place down in that it needed a deep clean. There was limescale build-up on the shower head, mould in the tile grout, and no plug for the sink. There was only one staff member on duty when dining in an evening so I ended up not ordering dessert as there was no service after finishing my main course.

The hotel is conveniently close to the airport, with sufficient car parking. The room I had was quiet and the bed comfortable. However the bathroom required a deep clean with a large build-up of lime scale over the shower head, and mould in the shower grouting - which hardly reassures you that you are going to be clean coming out of the shower.

Our room was fantastic for the price! It appeared to have been recently renovated – clean, modern, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Long-term parking was available at a great rate. Due to roadworks outside the hotel, the airport transfer bus couldn’t come directly to the property. However, a wonderfully kind young staff member went above and beyond, personally driving my five-year-old and me to the nearest hotel so we could catch the bus, saving us from a 1 km walk with luggage at 3 a.m in the middle of winter. His kindness and exceptional customer service truly made a difference. I unfortunately didn’t catch his name, but I hope he knows how grateful we are and is recognised for this act of kindness. Thank you!!!!

I'll stay here next time I return from Australia. Very convenient and has a restaurant and bar too. Smokers area was a must for me so I was able to get a room close to my car and have a smoke. Laundromat and shops not far and close to the airport.

I stayed for 1 night. My room was more than sufficient. I had a queen bed and a single bed. I got to pick what I wanted to watch on tv with their variety of apps. Bed was super comfortable. Menu was awesome and they had a beautiful restaurant downstairs. They offered a free airport shuttle as well. I can’t fault this property. Its value for money and its close proximity to the airport and other places. Definitely staying here when I come over.

dirty room

when walked in the bathroom, floor was very sticky, it was that sticky every time you pick your foot sounds like velcaro, bed sheets had body hairs all over them, seems they were not changed that morning, I ask receptionist to have them change, after waiting for 25 minutes i went downstairs again got new sheets and change by myself, terrible old building smell, hallway carpet was very dirty only positive point was airport shuttle. nothing else, i would not stay there even if its free.
