I really loved the greacian tub in my room, it made the stay worth it I did not enjoy that my first room had not been properly inspected before my arrival. It had 3 issues, that I reported, but now I had to be moved to a second floor instead of first floor. I did not like that ice machine was on third floor, I did not like that I was not told where everything was, there should have been a list or map. I mainly chose this location for the spa tub, this was the only A+ of this location

There was bird feces everywhere by my room door. It was all over the handrail, too. The door did not shut properly and had to be forced shut. The shower was inside the old jacuzzi tub, which did not drain well at all. There was hair stuck to one of the tub jets. Noise from other guests was intolerable, whether in their rooms or in the parking lot. The pictures on the site are very misleading, BUT the air conditioner worked great.

Front desk gave me a hard time checking in from the moment I walked in the doors. We traveled 6 hours. I was a little on edge and they showed zero compassion and really could've cared less if I got it figured out. The pictures lie. There was garbage left behind in our room so I know it wasn't cleaned properly. Are stay wasn't awful, the pool was nice for the kids but we wouldn't stay again. No way.

This stay takes the cake for the worst stay I’ve ever had here. I stay here frequently and for the housekeepers to lie on me and get me restricted is crazy. I’ve always cleaned up so the housekeepers wouldn’t have much to do but I can surely spend my money elsewhere. The one gentleman at the desk is always so rude and acts so bothered when asking questions.
