Check in was very convenient. Room is impeccably cleaned. Beds comfortable. Only complaint is the intermittent air conditioning, which woke us up as the bed is right under. Being able to put it on fan/uninterrupted mode would have been great. Otherwise, nice place and great value.

Very cute little old place that has been fixed up nicely. It’s rustic and homey. It gives a “mom and pop” kind of feel! The room smelled good. The bed was a ok, not soft but not hard either. Very clean room. If you're looking for bells and whistles, this is not the place for you. The price is great and the property quiet. We would definitely stay here again!

Lovely Stay

Our room was super clean and comfortable with a queen and king bed. Perfect for our family to enjoy a few days in OCNJ. It was very convenient to Ocean City and the free beaches of Strathmere. Check in and checkout was super easy and accommodating. There was also free coffee and pastries each morning which was a cute touch. We would definitely stay here again!

Great find for us for the last 10 years

Always a good snack breakfast and coffee in the morning 😊 Bed is very comfortable and room is nicely clean. They have added a group table to sit outside that has a sun shade and a book share. Love the changes!

In the main I agree with all the reviews -- super clean, has some charm, not musty, not too far from the shore, easy access into Ocean City and also to the Garden State Parkway. Plus it is non smoking! TV has lots of channels. No pool. Extremely loud air conditioning unit in the window. Breakfast was self-serve -- Keurig and packaged donuts and breakfast bars. I picked this motel because my spouse has to use a walker and everything is on the first floor. (If you want to have your car in close to your room, don't pick Room #1.) The biggest problem was that the facilities are small-sized, typical of architecture at the time it was built. Maneuvering into the bathroom was almost impossible with the walker. Had to giggle it sideways, this way and that. Just difficlut.

A great little spot minutes to the beach in Ocean City. Easily accessible from the Garden State Parkway making other Jersey Shore destinations easily drives. The rooms are rustic, clean, very comfortable and the staff is incredibly friendly. Will definitely book here again.

Cute beach motel in convenient location

Our stay at the Boulevard Motel was easy to manage, and the property was clean and easy to navigate. We booked a room with one queen bed, it was cozy and the beach aesthetic in the room was cute. The beach was a fast drive away and this location was also amazing with the access we had to other nearby beaches and towns. I would stay here again!

Its a cute little old fashion place to stay. Its nice and quiet and there is a small set up for breakfast every morning. Nit much but just enough. Hit coffee and danish every morning.
