Very convenient walk to boardwalk and beach. Very convenient to great ice cream store at 8th & Ocean that has sugar free ice cream for we Diabetics. Rooms were clean with plenty of towels.

Enjoyed our stay at Biscayne. Room was clean. Housekeeping refreshed our room while we were out for the day. We didn’t get the chance to try the heated pool. Hotel is not far from the boardwalk. It was nice that there was onsite parking however the spaces are very small.

Comfortable and clean

Close to the beach. Heated pool, picnic area, clean comfortable rooms with everything you need for an extended stay. Just bring food and clothing.

What is unique about this property is that each guest suite is 525 square feet in size and has full kitchen facilities and utensils. The hotel staff was delightful!
