Front desk and all maintenance crew were friendly. I would like front desk folks to learn a bit more about the area to advise. But very accommodating and nice. 2 blocks to the beach, 3 blocks to little shopping district. Great location. Our room was great for our 2 night stay and we could've stayed there a week happily - balcony, separate bedroom with king bed, full kitchen/large fridge, stove, even toaster, blender; coffee pot was “ok” (might bring round filters/own coffee next time - is a small 4-cup machine). Included plates, wine bottle opener, nice pans/pots. I didn't see a cutting board. Had sofa bed which my 10 year old was happy with, I believe was Queen size. Rooftop Pool was nice, heated. Has an additional eating area at the rooftop. Quick OC review: Restaurants were a bit limited in Ocean City. Asbury Ave. has “hooked on breakfast” which was pretty good and affordable, 2 sub places on Asbury to grab sandwiches for the beach. I enjoyed the shopping by myself for a couple hours on Asbury Ave. Remember, OC is a dry town so go across the bridge for drinks, but get reservations.

We love this place. It’s a family tradition to come here. The rooms are nice and so is the staff. It is conveniently located and easy to park. Pool is nice and views are also.

This was our second year staying at Biscayne Suites and we absolutely love it. It’s the perfect place for families: convenient, well-equipped, and thoughtfully designed. The location is ideal, just a quick five-minute walk to the boardwalk, which makes it easy to go back and forth throughout the day. The suites are very spacious. It’s a very nice set up where kids can easily sleep in a separate room from parents. One feature that really stands out for families with young kids is the hotel’s large elevators and rolling carts, which make unloading and loading a breeze. You can easily bring all your luggage in just one trip. A special highlight this year was watching our daughter enjoy the rooftop pool. She was thrilled and it made our stay even more memorable. We’re already looking forward to our next visit to Ocean City and another stay at the Biscayne Suites.

Slight glitch with a tv not working upon arrival. We needed up being moved to an upgraded room and we really enjoyed it stay. Very quiet and convenient. The bed was extremely comfortable. Staff were excellent. Will stay again.

Perfect Spring Getaway!

My 10yo daughter and I stayed here for our annual spring girls beach trip which fell over Easter weekend this year. The suite was clean and bigger than we expected with a balcony. The service was excellent - very friendly, and they even gave my daughter an Easter basket! The location was absolutely amazing - 1.5 blocks away from the bustling boardwalk and also walking distance from the Asbury shops. And because it wasn't a crazy busy time, they let us leave our car in the lot after we checked out so we could walk back up to the boardwalk for the dueling piano show. The only thing I'll caution about was that the room comes w/ a 5-pot coffee maker but the coffee provided was not very delicious so maybe think about bringing some small filters and your own coffee. But the kitchen came stocked with dishes and dish soap, etc. Would 100% stay here again.

Nice room liked furnishings nice view loved outdoor balcony. Kitchen great for cooking meals when u don’t wanna go out Negative comments are shower not hot enough for my liking and toilet doesn’t flush well
