I recently stayed at the Westin Peachtree Plaza and had an amazing experience! From start to finish, everything was wonderful. The food was absolutely delicious, with plenty of options to satisfy every craving. The hotel staff was friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist, making me feel welcomed throughout my stay. The overall atmosphere of the hotel was relaxing and inviting, contributing to an all-around great experience. I would highly recommend the Westin Peachtree to anyone visiting Atlanta!

Bar service is extremely slow only drank wine and we waiting 30 minutes both nights to get a glass of wine. Empty glasses sat in the hallway for 2 nights that someone left but no hotel staff removed them. There are a lot of homeless people constantly approaching guests around the hotel property and no security to help it stop .

All bad.

This hotel is in dire dire dire need of renovation. Leaking ceiling outside my door. Two tiny lights in my room. Couldn’t see what was in my suitcase after sun went down. The elevators make a noise so loud you’d think you were on a ship with a foghorn. Air conditioning the sound of a jet engine. Bad pillows. Hard crusty towels. Avoid.
