Hotel is very convenient to shopping, parks, stadium, aquarium and World of Coke. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go and didn’t require driving. Hotel has restaurants which offered a variety of food options.

found roaches in hotel room 5807 during cowboy carter weekend. absolutely disgusting. neverrr again. seemed like the front desk staff couldnt keep up with reservations/check in’s because it was absolute chaos, the valet’s couldnt keep up with the cars coming in (caused traffic all the way down the street that backed up 3 intersections) and the cleaning people couldn’t keep up with their part of the job either, hence the roaches. like y’all literately had months to prepare for the magnitude of the weekend too. disappointing to say the least.

Really enjoyed our stay. The hotel was very clean and had a lot of amenities. Only complaint was the in room dining menu layout was confusing. Very easy to confuse times and overnight/snack menus were always sold out which makes the lack of vending machines unfortunate. Would definitely stay again

I only stayed one night for a quick trip with my daughter. The room was a standard double. The room seemed small with a narrow entrance and furniture dying to be updated. It’s not what I expected for such a nice hotel. Also I was woken up by workers at 8am on their walker talkies.

The view is amazing & that's why it got 4 stars. You can tell the rooms need updating. This property for this amount of money & not one USB port in the room to be found. Can we update into this century please? Also, self parking should be explained by valet better. I didn't want to spend $60 daily to have my car stored. I asked valet & they said I would have to go into a public parking garage somewhere. The area outside of the property looked sketchy & no way was I leaving my car in the open for our trip. Not being from the area I had no idea where the nearest garage was. All of these added in prices need to be explained better. The carpet in the hallways of floor 37 are ripping. There was no hand soap left in our bathroom so we used shower gel for washing our hands. This caliber of a hotel needs to pay better attention to details.
