Don’t do it PASS close this place..

Informed staff at the front desk about roaches and he said nothing has if he knew they had them already. Stayed for 7 days and not one day was our room cleaned asked front for our to be clean said ok and when we returned at 8 pm room was never cleaned. Every night we have to go to the front desk for towels. Key card didn’t work had to go back down a few time. And the elevator inspection sign was expired. Horrible we weren’t there for a vacation we our son was/is in the hospital and it was the closest most affordable hotel. There’s a hole in the wall Where the hairdryer is and behind the tv the phone doesn’t work Went to front desk no one was there for a while had to wait. Mold in the bathroom

Did not feel secure because I was on the basement floor of the hotel. The door was old and had the typical hotel swing lock, but there was also a deadbolt. There was another door, french door with no stay in-place bolt for one of the glass doors. Too many gaps around the door allowing pests to enter. There was a smell/odor in the hotel room. The air conditioning was on so I turned it off due to the cold outside temperature. The odor becomes more noticeable. I woke up the next morning with a headache. Someone stole my shades from the room. Need more indoor and outdoor cameras, replace the old in shampooed carpets and replace the doors, sanitize the hotel rooms with a bleach agent. Not the expected Comfort Inn experience.

The weather was fine. It could’ve been a little bit warmer. This is my second review for the same hotel. I wouldn’t recommend it. I was there to visit my son in the hospital, so it served his purpose. However, the patio door didn’t close all the way you can still see outside The bathroom. You can see the pictures the rugs had. I’m sorry carpets had several stains the furniture that they show in the pictures are far more extremely worn than which shown the hallways were gross. You can see three different types of paint barely any touchups on we were on the fifth floor the fifth floor the fourth floor Neither one of them had icemakers had to go to the first floor or icemaker had to request for towels every day first day of arrival, they had a caution tape all the way across and a big dumpster out so he had to walk around the dumpster and under the caution tape Tried to reach Front Desk for two nights no answer i’m saying this sorry so there are no periods. The place was really sketchy the bathroom the toilet seat when you sat down and moved I tried to tighten it. I couldn’t tighten it because it wouldn’t tighten and it was still loose like if you just sat down on it the wrong way it would break off. I was disappointed we were gonna go to another hotel but we didn’t want to take the time away from seeing our son in the hospital to move rooms with all of our stuff.

Served the purpose

Stains in the carpet the balcony door you have to slam it to close it. But you still see in the picture it not closed all the way. See the bathroom we had to ask for towels everyday and wait. There was no ice machine we had to go to the first floor for ice. We called front desk no answer two night in a row. The picture are outdated on line. I didn’t change hotels only because it was close to the hospital for me to visit my son They had caution tape across one side where you park so you had to bend down to come in or walk all the way around to the other side and it was a big dumpster in the way. The furniture, the leather leather was half peeled on most of the stuff. They just need to update their photos like I said I did serve the purpose for me to visit at the hospital with my son.
