It's OK, and staff are polite, but the hotel did not exactly honor Expedia reservation, doesn't clean rooms daily, and doesn't keep promises. All staff were at least pleasant, which we appreciated. However, even though my printed Expedia reservation indicated free parking, the desk clerk insisted that my reservation did not include free parking. We did not need parking for our first night, but for a family member to join the next night, so I paid extra for parking. It turned out my family member Ubered, so we did not use parking. When I asked for an adjustment, the desk clerk said it would have to be through Expedia. I have not found a way to get an adjustment via the Expedia website. The room was sleek and very clean when we checked in. After the first night and being out all next day, I asked the front desk if rooms are cleaned daily. I was told they only clean every other day, so I asked for clean bath towels only and was told they would be delivered to the room, but nothing was ever delivered. We still left a nice tip for the housekeeper, since they are not necessarily at fault for the hotel's overall disappointing hospitality.

It’s a very nice hotel and the staff is extremely friendly. Unfortunately we had people on the floor who were smoking weed so the smell was bad for two days

The staff was friendly and the hotel was clean. The breakfast was fine and the hotel was convenient to get to the airport. The only thing we did not like was having to pay to park the rental car there per day.

We did not eat at the hotel. Why we chose this hotel was it's proximity to other establishments. Hotel is efficient and more than comfortable. Great place to stay if your just passing through Atlanta. Highly recommend this hotel.
