Fantastic property next to the Porsche complex. Great restaurant option and very tidy rooms. I did, however, leave a trimmer behind in the room and after several calls, and messages, there was never a return call. Any attempt to call, and they refused to do anything but send me to a voicemail. Which was very odd considering the staff was so great during my stay.

I'm not sure how to rate this property because of my initial impression of the shuttle service. I waited an hour and 15 minutes to be picked up as all the other Hotel shuttles came and went over and over.I called the hotel 3x before was answered. Was told I was waiting in the wrong area and I should speak to someone there. I did. I was in the right spot. Long story short, shuttle lane attendants acknowledged the shuttle had come a few times but hadn't stopped. When it came around again, he didn't stop! An attendant yelled at him and even chased the bus but ke kept going! Another hotel shuttle driver saw what happened and offered to drive me. I called the hotel again and was told by the same woman that the shuttle had nothing to do with their check in experience (??). Arrived right behind Kimpton shuttle. I went to check in and the driver asked me if I was the one who'd been waiting. When I said yes. He mumbled some sort of an apology to which I replied *it is what it is and that he had not stopped and I had witnesses.* The gentleman at the front desk was very gracious and understanding. Said I wasn't the first to complain. In fact, another person arrived after me and had the same complaint. The hotel, in itself, is very nice and clean. Room was great, bed was comfy. Got comped a nice glass of wine for which I was grateful as the restaurant was now closed. I paid for an Uber ($15) rather than risk another terrible shuttle experience and missing my flight.

Beautiful place to stay!

From the moment we were greeted at check in to checking out we had a lovely experience. Driving up the hotel is lovely and clean, the staff were warm and welcoming, I didnt catch their names but the two ladies on check in were lovely, friendly, chatty and very welcoming. We’re clearly told about the bar, restaurant, other facilities and how to get to our room. Everywhere was really clean and in the lift up to the room we noticed there was a scan barcode we could use to book our support transportation for the next day. Everything was easy and the room was beautiful, very spacious and clean, we had views of the Porsche race track from our room which was cool. We really enjoyed the bar upstairs on the rooftop watching the planes come in specially in the evening when the whole area is lit up and the dj was playing. The staff at the rooftop bar who made us cocktails were also lovely. Overall it was a great experience and we will be back
